Congratulations to our Head of Research, Jenni Roderick, on making the final cut to the 2017 Women’s FinTech Powerlist.

Launched in 2015, the Powerlist celebrates the contributions that women make in shaping the future of FinTech. Within Neotas, Jenni currently leads research and development in addition to a team of analysts to apply methodologies previously reserved for implementation within a military domain to the financial, commercial, and business industries globally. As well as leading research and training, she is also often seen at a number of events and meetings around the country developing partnerships and working with others so that they too can begin to realise the full potential of OSINT and enhanced due diligence.

With Master of Science degrees in Astrophysics and Defence and Strategic Studies, Jenni’s professional experience began as an Aerospace Battle Manager in the Royal Air Force during which she was responsible for the command and control of air domestically and the air battle in theatres of operation around the world. Following her service, Jenni transitioned to roles at the nexus of science, technology, and security policy in Washington DC and London. During her time in Washington, she was the security and defence policy lead at the American Association for the Advancement of Science in addition to being the Director for a United States Department of State international scientific engagement programme which engaged young entrepreneurs and scientists in over 120 emerging economies; contributing to a culture of innovation and development. Embracing the potential of transformative science and technology to address societal and security challenges around the world, Jenni joined Neotas in 2016 and has been a key member of our team since our formation.

We are proud to have her on our team and would like to congratulate her once again in addition to all of the truly amazing women listed. CONGRATS ALL!
